Withdrawal Instructions

How to make a withdrawal from New York Poker.com…

1. Go to www.newyorkpoker.com
2. Click on CASHIER in the top navigation strip 

3. A new window will pop up, for security purposes you'll be prompted to re-enter your username and password at the top of this window 

 

4. Once you've re-entered your username and password click on WITHDRAW 

5. Choose your withdrawal method 

***YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR WITHDRAWAL AFTER IT'S BEEN REQUESTED BY CLICKING THE “CANCEL” BUTTON BESIDE THE “CANCEL PENDING WITHDRAWAL” OPTION 

PLEASE NOTE:  You must meet the WITHDRAWAL REQUIREMENT before requesting your withdrawal.    

***First time withdrawers will be required to fill out the following forms and fax them along with copies of requested ID to 1-604-688-2102.

How to withdraw funds via CHECK… 

1. Click the WITHDRAW button beside the CHECK option 

2. Enter the WITHDRAWAL AMOUNT and your PIN 

3. Click CONTINUE 

PLEASE NOTE: If you used NETeller to deposit, your withdrawal will be processed through them.  All other withdrawals will be processed via regular check.  Check withdrawals may take up to 14 days to process 

How to withdraw funds via NETELLER… 

1. Click the WITHDRAW button beside the NETELLER option 

2. Enter your WITHDRAWAL AMOUNT, PIN, NETELLER ACCOUNT # and NETELLER EMAIL (this is the email address that you registered with NETeller upon sign up) 

3. Click CONTINUE 

PLEASE NOTE: If your original deposit was made via credit card we will attempt to refund your withdrawals to that credit card.  However, many credit card companies and processors do not allow us to refund your card, in that case a check will be issued. 

How to withdraw funds via WESTERN… 

1. Click the WITHDRAW button beside the WESTERN option 

2. Enter WITHDRAWAL AMOUNT and PIN 

3. Click CONTINUE 

How to withdraw via NEXUM… 

1. Click the WITHDRAW button beside the NEXUM option 

2. Enter your WITHDRAWAL AMOUNT and PIN 

3. Click CONTINUE
